Salt Packaging & Production

NGS can work with customer supplied packaging if so required or can provide customers with packaging with prints of their choice.

NGS can store all products once packed/bagged for the customers to call off as required. NGS has a production facility being able to produce 1000 pallets per day running 24 hours shifts.

When it comes to product storage, infrastructure is all important to ensure the highest level of reactivity and delivery.

NGS also has the infrastructure to load 8 articulated curtainsiders at any one time on a 45 minute cycle and has the ability to store over 20,000 pallets at any one time.

Packaging

NGS provides a bespoke service of packing and bagging branded or non branded products for customer as per their specifications and requirements.

NGS is able to supply and fill de-icing products into; Shakers, Spreaders, All sizes of bags with and without handles, Tubs, Sachets, Tubes, Containers, Bulk Bags.

NGS can provide this service both in pre ordered orders and ad hoc orders that are needed in quick turn around times.

NGS can supply the following types of packaging coupled with transport by truck, tanker, rail, sea container or dedicated chartered vessel:

250 grams, 500 grams, 750 grams, 1kg, 1.5kg, 2kg, 3kg, 4kg, 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg, 25kg, 1000kgs bulk bags, 1400 kgs bulk bags, Loose bulk.

NGS can supply packaging with customer own branding and preferences.
